 I tested tracd with sqlite on 10.5.6 and didn't see that error message.
 I'm not sure what steps are needed to replicate the problem.

 The bug you linked to seemed to indicate that subversion 1.6.1 should fix
 the problem, and 1.6.1 was just released (I hopefully will have the ports
 updated later today), so maybe that will fix it for you.
