 Work-around:

 sudo ln -s /opt/local/lib/python2.6/site-packages/wx-2.8-mac-unicode/wx
 /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.6/lib/python2.6
 /site-packages

 It should work.
