 ${destroot}${prefix}/bin and ${destroot}${prefix}/share/man/man1 should be
 created automatically for you (as they're part of the mtree), at least
 with MacPorts 1.7.1 as well as trunk.  If you're not seeing that, make
 sure your MacPorts install is up to date ({{{sudo port selfupdate}}}).
