 php4, php5 and php5-devel are in the category "www" but since php 4.3
 there has also been a command-line php program which can be used for non
 web-related scripts. Since php is a programming language, and is now not
 limited to programming web sites, it should be in the lang category. "php"
 and "www" can remain as additional categories.
