 openssl was upgraded to a beta version in r49051.[[BR]]
 It caused problems (with Qt apparently), so it was reverted to a stable
 version in r49057.[[BR]]
 So your installation was correct to downgrade.

 From you error message above, it looks like, you did not run
 {{{
 sudo port clean qt4-kde qt4-mac
 }}}
 before trying to upgrade.

 You mentioned that you already had a version of qt4-mac installed.[[BR]]
 If that is the case, you want "port upgrade" instead of "port install."
