 The compiler errors fixed in my patches are already fixed in KDE svn
 (revision 935010 and 936906). The patches are still needed for
 {{{kdelibs-4.2.2.tar.bz2}}} tarball to compile.

 As 4.2.2 is stable and 4.2.0 is not available anymore this will fix this
 port until next stable KDE arrives.
