 Committed in r50132, with ruud as the maintainer.

 @raimue : I did set openmaintainer on my ports so more active developers
 feel free to commit things before the timeout. I don't care about
 ownership of ports and I'm happy to hand MKVToolnix to ruud. As a matter
 of fact, MKVToolnix is so linked with libmatroska and libebml that I'm
 wondering if ruud, you wouldn't want to maintain those two as well.
