 I've incorporated some changes from archaelus's R13-B Portfile, notably
 I've removed the smp variant and enabled smp for all builds.  I've also
 removed the eunit_xml patch as the patch needs work for it to apply to
 R13B.

 This still includes the erts/configure patch that allows HiPE to be built
 on x86 Tiger & PPC Leopard.

 bfulgham hasn't chimed in yet.  I think I'll commit this patch in a couple
 days unless anyone has any problems with it.
