 At this point, compiling php and its dependencies 64-bit is not on my to-
 do list. I can't really help you compile PHP from source. MacPorts already
 provides mysqlnd support in the +mysqlnd variant. MacPorts also already
 builds the sqlite shared modules in the php5-sqlite port. You can read the
 Portfiles to see how I did this.
