 rb-rcairo, rb-pango and rb-glib2 declare dependencies on the ports cairo,
 pango and glib2, respectively. Could you change the dependencies so that
 cairo-devel, pango-devel and glib2-devel could satisfy them too? The
 attached patch does this.
