Comment:

 r55035 ... only affects users who have not installed the X11 SDK with
 XCode... If people have installed that SDK (or Xquartz from MacOSForge),
 it will find the header in /usr/include/X11.

 Updating to the latest rc for libXext fixes the problem because those
 headers are now packaged with libXext.
