 I've tweaked the Portfile moving lrzsz and kermit into variants. As for
 kermit I added configure parameter to set the correct path of the binary.
 These two programs aren't really necessary to use minicom as normal
 terminal emulator and maybe few people needs them so now they can install
 them adding the appropriate variants.
 I also changed the lock-dir to /var/tmp because of the error "Cannot
 create lockfile. Sorry." if used ${prefix}/var because of permission
 problems when running minicom as normal user.
