 using the latest developer seed, latest macports+selfupdate python25 fails
 to build 100%

 the build seems to complete ok, but various built in modules are missing
 (ie: _socket missing, sys & os are fine however). nothing created in
 /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/, and when building with sudo port -dv
 install python25, various errors can be seen.
