 I am attempting to install subversion using macports but I get a configure
 error because port/subversion can not find Berkeley DB:

 This looks like a similar error as to the problem that was addressed in
 ticket #19881, but the problem seems to have arisen again.  I have new
 versions of apr and apr-util:

 $ sudo port list apr
 Password:
 apr                            @1.3.8          devel/apr
 $ sudo port list apr-util
 apr-util                       @1.3.9          devel/apr-util
