Comment:

 The stuff in /Applications/MacPorts should be fine; however
 {{{
 Warning: violation by /Users/xxx
 }}}
 is bad.  Did it really install files into your homedir?  Does {{{port
 contents python25}}} show files there?  That definitely isn't right if it
 did.
