Comment:

 Thanks. I added it in r55885 with these changes:

  * changed the port name to snobol4 and version to 1.2; this simplified
 the rest of the port, and seems correct, since when I run snobol4, it says
 "The Macro Implementation of SNOBOL4 in C (CSNOBOL4) Version 1.2"
  * changed tabs to spaces
