Comment:

 I think foomatic-filters can be built by the following command now,
 because
 I modified ghostscript @8.70_0 to install libgs.dylib by default.

 $ cd foomatic-filters-4.0.2
 $ CPPFLAGS="-I/opt/local/include" LDFLAGS="-L/opt/local/lib" ./configure
 $ make
