 FLAC has its own standard tagging system which is not ID3
 (http://flac.sourceforge.net/faq.html#general__tagging)

 However, flac2mp3 only supports ID3-tags.

 Suggest replacing MP3::Info with Audio::FLAC::Header (which should also
 support ID3)
