 Problem in the linked forum post isn't what's causing our issue with
 MacPorts, I've included the required httrack directory containing the
 webhttrack html files. The problem with MacPorts is:

  1. webhttrack is a bash script
  1. the script uses a limited set of directories to try and locate the
 httrack directory
  1. /opt/local, the default install location for MacPorts, is not among
 the prefixes it tries

 I'm going to work on rolling a patch into the Portfile that will fix this,
 but in the meantime, you can add /opt/local/share/httrack to the SRCHPATH
 variable on line 12 of /opt/local/bin/webhttrack.
