 I just fixed this by editing
 /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_lang_python26/work/Python-2.6.2/Lib
 /plat-mac/EasyDialogs.py and removing the "import Nav" line.

 Also, you'll need to build zlib with +universal to overcome a missing
 _crc32 symbol error later.
