 On my system (10.4 with gtk2 @2.16.5_0+darwin_8+no_x11+quartz),
 example/camerabin fails to build, because it requires the X11 backend of
 gtk.

 The easiest way to solve this is by disabling examples.
 Attached is a patch doing just that in a new quartz variant.
