Comment:

 This is just fallout from the proto header renaming... I must've missed a
 cherry-pick for that one.  If you install the X11 SDK, it should have it
 under the old name (fix for now).  I'll be doing a massive X11 update in
 MP in the next week (about 25 packages with header renaming, relocating,
 etc... it's gonna be good fun times...)
