Comment:

 r56583 fixes this.  The autoconf (#20468) and especially the gcc (#19856)
 issues held things up.

 I'll fix the livecheck to remind me, although the ghc ports usually get
 started as soon as they come out.
 (It's just that they're not getting any easier to build :-()
