 I've attached the build log. It appears to work now. Nothing has changed
 since that first report of the problem (no reboot, or other software
 installed on the target machine). It may be that the clean helped, but I
 am not sure.

 Thank you for the assistance. MacPorts is awesome, as is the team
 supporting it.
