Comment:

 ImageMagick is a pretty heavy dependency, but I do see code in pango that
 does use it at runtime under certain conditions. Anyone know what those
 conditions are? On my system, pango-view works without ImageMagick
 installed, but I did not select pango's no_x11 or quartz variants.
