 Sorry for the long delay in responding to id3v2 bugs.

 Thanks for taking the time to create this patch -- I've verified that it
 works fine, and the "use_configure no" change fixes a lint bug that trac
 reported a few days ago.

 If someone can commit the patch and close this bug, that would be great.
