 This update syncs the osh port with the latest upstream release. The
 attached patch is against shells/osh/Portfile r60676 .

 A summary of the upstream changes between osh-20091029 and osh-20091127
 follows:

 This release adds the program name to osh diagnostics (e.g., "osh: syntax
 error") for user friendliness; this doesn't affect sh6 or glob6 though. It
 also adds COPYRIGHT section headings and appropriate copyright notices to
 all manuals. Lastly, further code cleanup and rechecking with splint has
 also been performed.
