Comment:

 I have successfully tested the clisp-2.48 Portfile under OS X 10.5.7 i386
 which also successfully links ligsigsegv.

 I advocate pushing this change, which I will do in the next few days
 unless someone objects (the maintainer 'waqar' seems to be not actively
 involved in MacPorts anymore).
