 The noweb configuration mechanism guesses the name of nawk of gawk on the
 host machine and uses it to fix the sha-bang lines in some ancillary
 programs that noweb uses.

 In the previous revision, the configuration was inhibited, which results
 in a not fully functional noweb installation.

 The attached path to the Portfile fixes this issue and increases the
 revision number.
