 Updated Portfile from 2.9.8 to 2.9.9. A bit late, but here anyway.

 I've also received a request to replace wxWidgets with wxgtk. I'm not sure
 if that is desired as wxgtk doesn't have a maintainer. I've asked the user
 to create a ticket if he thinks it should be used anyway.
