 Well, you can easily calculate what are the dependencies of projects, so
 you can easily know what projects are depending on others... Like libicu
 -> php5-intl.

 I understand it might be long compilation cycle, though maybe the
 possibility for a warning option might be nice to tell which projects need
 to be recompiled?
