 New version of the portfile for an updated version of wview.

 Other changes to portfile:

 --added universal_variant no

 --changed installation behavior for config and database files. Now
 installs files in ${prefix}/share/wview and copies the files to their
 correct location in ${prefix}/etc/wview and ${prefix}var/wview only if not
 already present during the post_install phase.
