 cfxr is a port of DrPetter's sfxr with a native Mac UI for making simple
 sound effects.  Seems to work as advertised on 10.6.

 I set the category as audio, but am unsure as to if aqua should be added
 as well, and if so, if that should be the primary category.  So, it might
 need to be changed.


 Please test, comment and commit if appropriate.
