 I've created/tested portfiles for both sox stable and sox devel.

 Both appear to build executables correctly.

 I'm guessing the sox-devel portfile requires attention as I'm unclear
 about correct version and release strings for release candidates.

 Please update this ticket if there's anything else required for me to
 test.
