 I believe this is same bug (or related) I'm using OS X 10.4.11 on a !GHz
 PPC. I've cleaned, selfupdated, etc. without success .. this seems to be
 blocking several installs including gimp and octave. As a MacPorts newb
 any help will be a boon.
