 As a workaround, I made a local portfile repository, copied the provided
 qt4-mac-devel port directory into my local repository, but saved it as
 qt4-mac (and edited the Portfile to change the name as well). This at
 least yielded a working qt4 installation, and I was then able to install
 pyqt4 and the kde libraries.
