Comment:

 Thanks, committed in r61819 with these changes:

  * Removed duplicate "platforms darwin" line.
  * Simplified destroot doc installation, switched to not installing in a
 versioned doc directory, omitted installing INSTALL file.
  * Fixed livecheck.
  * Added license info.
