 The Dovecot Sieve plugin provides mail filtering facilities at time of
 final message delivery.

 dovecot-sieve needs to be built against dovecot version > 1.2.

 At the time of this submission it appears that the dovecot version in
 MacPorts is at 1.1.16 so I am including another Portfile for dovecot
 1.2.9.

 Maybe jberry can update dovecot and also take over dovecot-sieve.
