 It seems that this is not considered as a bug (at least according to
 upstream opinions):

 http://ikiwiki.info/bugs/PREFIX_not_honoured_for_underlaydir/

 Macports users have to manually set the basewiki and template dir place in
 the config file (this not very convinient).

 What's more, auto.setup and auto-blog.setup will not work.
