 Running "port list installed" does not tell us anything useful about your
 setup. That tells you the latest version available, but not what you have
 installed. Instead run the following:

 {{{
 port installed xorg-libXext Xft2 expat libiconv
 }}}

 What version of Mac OS X and Xcode are you running?

 FYI, it is not clear but darwin_7 is a platform variant and should never
 be explicitly selected.

 blackbox installed fine for me on 10.6.2 but without the universal
 variant. Can you try that?
