Comment:

 I fixed this in r61996 while updating gimp2 to 2.6.8. I didn't see a
 reason to limit the `--build` argument to 64-bit Snow Leopard so I made it
 more general. And I didn't see a reason to disable the Carbon code when
 building 32-bit, so I made the patch comment out the code only on 64-bit.
