 I added a dependency on libmcrypt in r46370, because mcrypt fails to build
 without it. I also removed the uses of configure.env because the values
 that were being set are the defaults. Finally, I set the correct svn
 properties on the Portfile; you should edit your configuration to do so
 automatically as described in
 [wiki:CommittersTipsAndTricks#SetsvnpropertiesautomaticallyonnewPortfiles].
