 After updating all dependencies, I was able to make fresh installs of both
 aubio @0.3.2_1 and aubio @0.3.2_1+python without
 any problems.  Suggest you do the same

 sudo port -d selfupdate
 sudo port clean --all aubio
 sudo port upgrade aubio
 }}}
 My builds were on tiger ppc with XCode 2.5.

 If this doesn't work, please rebuild with the -d option and post the
 resulting debug output here as an attachment so that I
 can compare yours with mine. What os version and arch are you using?
