 I've attached a patch file that fixes the problem for me. It is based on
 the one used for fink, found here:
 http://fink.cvs.sourceforge.net/*checkout*/fink/dists/10.4/unstable/main/finkinfo/graphics/qt3mac.patch2

 Of course, one must also add the patch in the Portfile so it gets used.
