 I can not reproduce this error, so you'll have to bear with me.[[BR]]
 Could you please run
 {{{
 sudo port selfupdate
 sudo port upgrade outdated
 sudo port -d install doxygen
 }}}
 (notice the -d option)[[BR]]
 and post the output near the error.

 Something should have changed since the last update.
