New description:

 Patch files follow for updating ng-spice to rework-18.  The package
 compiles and runs successfully.

 Known bugs already present in rework15c: the X-based help system is still
 partly broken.  xgraph does not run properly and is still not installed in
 this update.  Cider and Xspice extensions are not compiled-in either.

 Somebody with submit rights: please commit this package.
