Comment:

 The easiest way to fix this is to move the {{{docs}}} directory to be what
 want if it was inside of{{{ ${prefix} }}}and updating {{{setup.py}}}'s
 {{{documentation_path}}} to reflect this.  Who are our Python gurus?
