 FTGL current version is 2.1.3-rc5.  Here is an updated portfile and a
 patch file (only one is needed now).  I need this updated FTGL for the
 development version of octave, which may be released in the next few
 months.

 I see by comments in ticket #17746 that this update may not be accepted
 due the release candidate version status.  Would it be helpful if I made a
 "ftgl-devel" portfile instead?
