 gtkevemon has some more clean up that needs performed:
  1. that pre-fetch is not needed unless it was added for a specific reason
  1. the extract phase does not need to be disabled as the {{{fetch.type
 svn}}} handles it.
  1. the {{{file mkdir}}} in destroot phase are unnecessary
  1. in destroot, {{{xinstall}}} is preferred over {{{file copy}}}
