 The jackrack module should automatically disable in the configure phase
 due to missing ladspa. I do not know why it did not fail and disable for
 you, but an easy remedy is to add --disable-jackrack.

 As for sox, it appears to have failed to locate the pkg-config file and
 falling back to pre- v14 sox build behaviour. So, why did it fail, because
 it should be taken care of by configure.pkg_config_path. What is the
 result of 'PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/opt/local/lib/pkgconfig pkg-config
 --modversion sox' ?
